What I wish for – and how I deal with it
You may wish for something: money, time, closeness, or even an idea or a feeling.
This chapter will help you identify what you want and how to achieve it, even if it doesn't happen immediately.
🛠️ Three steps
1. Make a small clarification – for yourself
- What do I wish for?
- Why is it important to me?
- What part of it is in my hands?
→ You can make a wish – without losing yourself.
2. Make a small decision – with balance
- I may dream, but I'll stay clear.
- I have a wish, but I'm also open to other possibilities.
- I listen to my feelings. But I don't overwhelm myself.
→ You may make a wish, but without any pressure.
3. Make a small gesture – for your wish
- Write your wish down – and set it aside.
- Say it softly – just for yourself.
- Take a small step – toward your wish.
→ You may make a wish – without bending yourself.
🧾 Mini exercise: Three wishes and what I do with them
| My wish | Why? | What I can do | My small step |
|---|---|---|---|
| €10 for a game | For joy | I save €2 per week | I set aside €2 today |
| More time with a friend | For closeness | I ask for a meeting | I write a message |
| Carry out my own idea | For clarity | I plan a beginning | I make a sketch |
→ You may make a wish, and do so with balance and hope.
🕊️ Closing impulse
You may make a wish – without having to explain.
You may dream – and still stay clear.
You may hope – without losing yourself.
You may take a step – and leave the rest open.
